Remote Learners!

NWEA: We are finishing the NWEA test next week with 1st graders. Again, please have your students try their best with NO parent help. This helps set their learning path in Pathblazer. Thank you! Some students may be asked to come in to do another assessment, and Mr. Katona will call you to set-up an appointment.

Conversations about school

  • Look at completed work to find out ways your youngster is learning and how well they are doing.
  • It's your child's job to do their homework, but you play a role too. Make sure they know what they are expected to do by having them explain the assignment to you.

After-school questions

  • "What's the coolest thing that happened today?"
  • "Pretend you're the teacher. How would you describe the day?"
  • "What made you laugh?"
