We were notified of one individual in the elementary and one in the middle school that tested positive for Covid-19. All impacted individuals have been contacted. Also, we have a survey that we are asking parents to fill out on our website. We would like feedback on how our community feels we should best spend the latest round of Covid Relief funds. We were notified of a positive case of Covid-19 today of an individual associated with the middle school. All necessary contacts have been made. Thank you!

We were notified of some additional positive Covid-19 cases found over the weekend and today. We were notified of three additional cases in the high school and three in the elementary. All those impacted have been contacted. We will continue to keep you notified of any additional cases found in any of our buildings.

We received notification of four positive cases this weekend. We had one in the elementary on Friday night, one in the middle school on Saturday morning, and two in the high school on Saturday morning. All contacts have been notified. We will continue to keep you informed of any positive cases in our building.

We were notified of three positive Covid-19 cases today. One in the middle school and two in the high school. We are in the process of contacting the impacted individuals. As always we will keep you notified of any future cases found in any of our buildings.

We were notified of some positive Covid-19 cases last evening and today. They involved one individual in the high school and two in the middle school. All necessary contacts have been made. As we start to see an uptick in local Covid-19 cases in Wexford County, we ask that parents continue to screen their children for illness before they come to school. This may prevent other students from being quarantined in the future. As usual, we will keep you informed of any positive cases found in any of our buildings.

We will be honoring all veterans tomorrow morning at our annual Veteran's Day Program, beginning at 9:30am in the High School Gym. Students are asked to dress their best and seniors will be having their class picture taken and will be participating in the candle lighting ceremony. All community members are welcome to attend. The Manton Adolescent Wellness Center will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for students aged 5-11 years old. This will take place on Monday, November 22 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This will be scheduled by appointment only. Parents must bring their child to the appointment and be present during the vaccination. There will be PM CTC classes this afternoon.

CTC is closed this morning due to a loss of power. We are waiting to hear about the afternoon sessions. We will provide information about the afternoon session when we get it.

This morning several staff members reported hearing what they thought to be gunshots coming from a subdivision on the north side of the school.  As a precaution, we notified authorities and began emptying students from the parking lot.  While there was no immediate threat, we just wanted to make sure to err on the side of caution.  We now believe the shots were actually fireworks, which were witnessed by a bus driver at the time of the noises.  We are reviewing this morning to see what we can improve upon in the future.  Let your supervisor or me know if you have any feedback.  Thank you for being flexible and working with us this morning and working to keep everyone safe.

We had an individual that tested positive today in the middle school that required no quarantining of individuals. As always we will keep you informed if anyone tests positive for Covid-19 in any of our buildings.

The yellow bus will be running one hour late this afternoon this week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We will have a driver for the afternoon regular time on Thursday and Friday.

The Orange bus will be running one hour late this afternoon. Also a reminder that today is a 1/2 day releasing at 12 o'clock. Thank you.
